We ship worldwide via CSM Logistics who use DHL / UPS / DPD.
All services make deliveries between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Once your order has been placed we will do our best to ship out your package as soon as possible but please allow a delivery period of 3–5 working days.
All orders require a signature on arrival, if you are not available at time of delivery our couriers will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or will return the parcel to the depot for re-delivery. If you have provided a mobile number you will receive a text message prior to your delivery indicating it's scheduled time and day of delivery.
If you are not entirely happy with your order you can return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and with the original packaging. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt of goods.
It is your responsibility to make sure returned orders reach us so we advise that you obtain a proof of return from the post office.
